The Blast shows kids and their families affected by cancer that they’ll never walk alone on their journey. Their community is with them every step of the way! About The Blast and Cook Children’s: The Blast will launch from Panther Island Pavilion in Fort Worth on Saturday, March 28, 2026. This community walk event celebrates and remembers children affected by cancer and their families. Funds raised through The Blast directly benefit research, treatment and care for all cancers at Cook Children’s, a leading institution in the fight against childhood cancer. It’s your turn to sign up, donate, and show up, to tell Cook Children’s patients and their families that they’ll never walk alone.
