Welcome to Jason Jr. Blast page!
In October 2019, Jason Jr. faced a battle no one should have to fight. After undergoing surgeries to remove tumors from his brain and orbit, he emerged with a new reality—having lost his eye, but never his spirit.
Today, we celebrate a massive victory: Jason is in remission! But the fight doesn't stop at the finish line. Jason continues to show us every day what it means to be a winner. Now, it’s our turn to walk beside him. Join us as we "Blast Away Cancer" and honor the strength of a young man who refused to back down.
• The Mission: Walking for Jason Jr. and everyone fighting the brave fight.
• The Goal: To show the world that hope is stronger than fear.
Let’s lace up, show up, and finish this fight together!
Welcome to my fundraising page! I’m teaming up with Cook Children’s and The Blast to show kids and families affected by cancer that they’ll never walk alone. The Blast raises money for pediatric cancer research, treatment and care. Every dollar counts on our mission to #blastawaycancer! Make a gift to help me reach my goals, or join our team to walk with us on Saturday, March 28.
About The Blast and Cook Children’s: The Blast will launch from Panther Island Pavilion in Fort Worth on Saturday, March 28, 2026. This community walk event celebrates and remembers children affected by cancer and their families. Funds raised through The Blast directly benefit research, treatment and care for all cancers at Cook Children’s, a leading institution in the fight against childhood cancer. It’s your turn to sign up, donate, and show up, to tell Cook Children’s patients and their families that they’ll never walk alone.
