George is my WHY. Every single day that he was allowed to get out of bed and leave his room, he walked, and rolled, and walked and rolled. He walked so far and rolled so far, he beat every record in the hospital. We walk and we raise money for the 5th floor because the 5th floor caregivers - nurses, doctors, physical therapists, Child/Life specialists, nutritionists, care partners - became like family to us. We spent every waking moment with them for almost five months. We would not and could not be standing without 5NT. This floor serves kids just like George, and it needs to keep growing in technology and services to serve even more families like ours.
