Start a New Team

If this is your first time or you want to lead your own team, choose this option to become a Team Captain! You’ll create your team name, set a fundraising goal, and invite friends and family to join you.

Join an Existing Team

If you’ve participated before or want to reunite with your team from a past Blast event, select this option and search for your team name. You can bring your old team back and keep the tradition going!

Tip: If your team isn’t listed, you can always start a new one using the same name.

Register as an Individual

Prefer to go solo? No problem! Choose this option to fundraise and participate on your own — every dollar and every mile still makes a difference for Cook Children’s patients and families.
