On September 20th, I?ll be riding 100 miles in a loop starting and ending in Fort Worth as part of The Trek 100 Texas, raising funds and awareness for Cook Children?s pediatric cancer research.

I?m doing this ride because kids shouldn?t have to face cancer. This cause is especially meaningful to me since my own research is focused on discovering new anti-cancer drugs. Supporting Cook Children?s helps ensure that kids battling cancer today benefit from world-class care, clinical trials, and research while we continue working toward better treatments and cures.
